- All Casa de las Casas products are shipped worldwide from Peru.
- Free shipping is offered to all orders over $500 USD.
- For all orders under $500 USD, we have 4 flat fees: $25 for South America and Central America, $30 USD for North America, $35 USD for Europe, and $40 for the Rest of the World.
- There may be additional duties to be paid once the package enters your country. It is the clients responsibility to pay those duties.

RETURNS
- For available styles, return/exchange are available for 10 days after receiving your order. To start the return/exchange process, please send an email to hola@casadelascasas.com.pe with your request.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, original tags included. Do keep in mind that refunds do not include shipping and logistic fees. Please share the tracking number with us via email: hola@casadelascasas.com.pe, so we can follow up. You should also attach your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your returned item for an exchange, credit note or refund. It may take up to 15 days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
PRE ORDER
- Pre-Order items and On Sale items are non-refundable. It is a piece made exclusively for you, according to your order and specifications. These pieces usually take between 15 and 60 business days to be made and ready for delivery.
