RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that sometimes a change is needed, thus we are committed to providing the best online purchasing experience for you. Returns and correspondent refunds are available for 10 days after receiving your order.
With our main office being in Peru, returns & exchanges imply a significant effort, both logistically and environmentally. So remember that to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, original tags included.
Do keep in mind that refunds do not include shipping fees.
Pre-Order items and On Sale items are non-refundable.
To start the return process, please send an email to hola@casadelascasas.com.pe with your request.
Make sure to package your item properly when returning it, to avoid any transit damages.
Be on the safest side by using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please share the tracking number with us in your email, so we can follow the arrival of the item. You should also attach your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your returned item for an exchange, credit note or refund.
If your return is about the fit, remember you have the option of an exchange for a different size. See our exchange policy below.
If your refund is taking longer than expected, do not hesitate in contacting us.
We do recommend also contacting your bank or Credit Card Company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
EXCHANGES
We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We also have a Taylor-made service for selected items or for pre-orders. If you would like a personalized fitting for a piece, email us at hola@casadelascasas.com.pe
In both cases, you would be responsible for the shipping fees.
