Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre Order?

It is a piece made exclusively for you, according to your order, selected size and specifications. These pieces usually take between 15 and 45 days to be made and ready for delivery.

Payment

Please note that pre-orders are treated as a standard order and the payment will be taken from your account as a normal transaction.

What happens if I order Pre Order + Available items?

You will receive an order confirmation email, containing both available and pre-order items. If your order contains both, we may ship the pre-orders separately, if requested by the customer. This may carry additional shipping costs.

Please Note:

Pre-Order items are handmade specifically for you, and so, they are non-refundable.

Size changes do not apply. In order to select the correct size, please check out our Size Chart
